1. Goods Sold Are Final

• Goods once sold are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

2. Delivery Timeline

• If the item is available in stock, delivery will be completed within 7 working days.

• If not available, delivery may take 25–30 days, especially for custom or made-to-order products.

• We will keep you updated regarding the expected delivery schedule.

3. Physical Damage Policy

• Physical damages occurring after delivery (such as scratches, dents, or breakage) are not accepted for return, replacement, or refund.

• If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs as proof.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

• Since we do not accept returns once goods are sold, refunds are only applicable in case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged during shipping (reported within 24 hours)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation & Shipping Costs

• If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched or is on its way to you, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

• These shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

6. Additional Charges for Stairs

• If there is no lift or the item needs to be carried up stairs, an additional charge of ₹200 per floor will be applied for labor costs.

 

7. Order Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, there may be occasional delays due to high demand, holidays, or courier issues.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

8. Delivery Areas

• We currently only deliver within the Tri-City area and nearby locations.

• Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside this region.
