1. Shipping Areas

We currently only deliver within the Tri-City area and nearby locations.

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery outside this region.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the order date.

Custom or made-to-order products may take additional time for production.

If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Time

If the item is in stock, the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

For items not in stock, delivery may take 25–30 working days, depending on product availability.
We will provide updates and tracking information for your order.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free shipping may be available on certain orders (e.g., orders above a specified value).
5. Delivery Method

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery of your orders.

A tracking number will be provided to track your order once it has shipped.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We are currently unable to ship orders to multiple addresses.

If you wish to have items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.

You can track the status of your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal.
8. Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather, and holidays) may cause unexpected delays.

We will keep you updated if any significant delays occur.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photographs of the damage for a quicker resolution. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
10. Additional Charges

If there is no lift or the item must be carried upstairs, there will be an additional labor charge of ₹200 per floor.

Shipping back costs will be the customer's responsibility in case of cancellations after the order has been dispatched.
